Requirements:
•2-5 years of experience in Track & Trace Projects (support and implementation)
•Graduate/Postgraduate in IT, Engineering, or similar qualifications
•Good understanding of Serialization and Track & Trace processes in logistics and manufacturing
•Mandatory knowledge of SAP ATTP, SAP ICH, ECC, Tracelink
• Configuration and enhancement experience with SAP ATTP system
• In-depth understanding of pharma regulations (US DSCSA EMVS, Russia, UAE, China, India, etc.)
• Familiarity with GS1 standards in supply chain processes
•Results-driven and customer-focused with excellent communication skills
•Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Willingness to work in different time zones and shifts (24 X 7) and travel up to 50% for project demands
•Language Proficiency Required: English
Responsibilities:
•Support customers in project phases (design, development, and deployment) of serialization solutions with SAP ATTP
•Resolve issues, problems, changes, releases, testing, and continuous improvements in the run phase
•Advise clients on solution options for serialization processes and regulatory reporting
•Conduct workshops and training for clients
•Manage small projects and ensure timely execution
•Collaborate with internal and customer teams for project success
•Contribute to internal assignments for the development of assets, products, and skills within 3Keys .
