These Terms and Conditions (“the Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” “user,” or “referrer”) and VADVICE CONSULTING SERVICE LLP. (“VADVICE,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
TO PARTICIPATE IN THE VADVICE REFERRAL PROGRAM, REFERRERS MUST READ AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. BY ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE AND PARTICIPATING IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE, FROM TIME TO TIME AT VADVICE’S SOLE DISCRETION. BY CONTINUING TO ACCESS THE WEBSITE AND PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS WELL AS THE GENERAL TERMS OF USE. THE ONLY WAY TO REJECT THESE TERMS IS TO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAM OR USE THE VADVICE WEBSITE.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAM.
The terms are as follows:
1. ELIGIBILITY
To participate and become eligible for a referral bonus, you must refer new users to VADVICE through https://www.vadvice.co.in/
Only new referrals to VADVICE (i.e., persons who have not applied to VADVICE previously and who have not been referred by another individual) are eligible. New referrals are approved at the sole discretion of VADVICE and must be interviewed, hired, and continue his/her employment until 45 days with VADVICE’s client.
Referred applicants are also subject to all of the eligibility requirements mentioned in VADVICE’s General Terms and Conditions.
2. REFERRAL PROGRAM
You will receive the determined award for each new applicant that is referred AND successfully hired (see the terms herein for more information) through the Referral Program.
To qualify, the referred person must: (1) be a new referral to VADVICE; (2) be a new applicant to VADVICE; (3) be contacted to begin the interview process; 4) receive an invitation to the in-person interview day; (4) receive a formal offer from one of VADVICE’s clients; (5) accept an offer for employment through VADVICE; and (6) begin employment with the respective employer.
The referral fee will be paid 30 (THIRTY) days after the referral commences and continues employment with the VADVICE client for at least 90 days. You will only be notified if a referral is hired and when your payment is delivered. Referral payment will be payable by ONLINE TRANSFER/PAYTM etc. from VADVICE
3. MULTIPLE REFERRALS
While you are allowed and encouraged to refer as many new applicants as possible and applicable for referral program. You can refer as many as candidate to different job profiles and applicable to earn more.
4. Rewards or Referral Pay Check
Vadvice Referral system is based on the Candidate CTC you referred.
1. If you referred a candidate CTC under 2.5 LPA – Referral amount would be 500 INR
2. If you referred a candidate CTC under 2.5- 5 LPA – Referral amount would be 1000 INR
3. If you referred a candidate CTC under 5-10 LPA – Referral amount would be 1500 INR
4. If you referred a candidate CTC under 10-20 LPA – Referral amount would be 2000 INR
5. If you referred a candidate CTC above 20 LPA – Referral amount would be 2500 INR
5. SEVERABILITY
If any provision in these terms and conditions are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part that is making it invalid, void, or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions. If such occurs, The Agreement shall be read as if it does not include the invalid, void, or unenforceable language.
6. RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES
You are not an agent or employee of VADVICE Consulting Services by participating in the Referral Program and you have no authority to bind the Company by contract or otherwise.
7. GENERAL
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Haryana section under company act without regard to choice of law principles. You agree that this Agreement and all incorporated agreements (i.e. General Terms of Use) may be automatically assigned by VADVICE, at our sole discretion. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section.
Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. This Agreement, along with any other incorporated by reference, sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and VADVICE with respect to the subject matter hereof. Sections titled, Updates to the Terms and Conditions, Termination and Change, Relationship of Parties, and General shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement.
8. TERMINATION AND CHANGE
VADVICE may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Program at any time and for any reason. Requirements and incentives may also change at any time at the Company’s sole discretion.
Any referral deemed to be a result of fraudulent activities is null and void. We reserve the right to suspend or remove referrals if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive or fraudulent. VADVICE also reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend, cancel, or modify referrals as we deem fair and appropriate.
9. UPDATES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time and for any reason. VADVICE reserves the right to update these terms or its policies relating to the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on https://www.vadvice.co.in/ and/or any other platforms we use (i.e. applications). These updates will be effective upon posting. It is the users’ responsibility to regularly check for updates to this Agreement. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification. If the modified terms are not acceptable, the only recourse is to stop sending referrals or participating in the Referral Program.
